1. Services Overview

Small Biz Optimize provides:

• Business strategy & planning
• Digital growth consulting
• SEO, web, and AI-enabled guidance
• Startup and revenue advisory

All services are general business guidance only.

We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice.

2. Consultations

Session Types

• 30-minute complimentary session
  • Online only
  • One per business per year
  • High-level guidance only
• Paid sessions (60 or 90 minutes)
  • Fees confirmed before booking
  • GST applies

3. Payments & Invoicing

• Paid sessions must be prepaid to secure your booking
• GST-itemised invoices are issued electronically
• Prices are listed in AUD

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Reschedule up to 24 hours prior at no charge
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee
• No-shows forfeit the full session fee
• Complimentary sessions may be forfeited for repeated no-shows

5. In-Person Meetings (Brisbane)

• Flat call-out fee applies within 20 km of Brisbane CBD
• Parking and meeting room costs billed at cost
• Outside this area: by arrangement only

6. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential.

Sessions are not recorded unless both parties agree in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All SBO materials, frameworks, templates, and tools remain the intellectual property of Small Biz Optimize.

You are granted a non-transferable licence to use materials within your own business only.

8. Acceptable Use

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

• Behaviour is disrespectful or abusive
• Information is misused
• Requests fall outside our scope

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SBO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Outcomes depend on implementation beyond our control

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
